Do you dare to spend 100 days to become more self-disciplined?

Have you ever been in a similar situation?

Halfway through writing the letter, the pen ran out of water. Should I just pick up another pen and write or find a pen of the same color? In the process of looking for a pen, my thoughts are suddenly interrupted, or I am attracted by a novel, and then I abandon the half-written letter.

Why does this happen? Because people are in complex information, people with weak self-discipline are easily interrupted, and people are inert. Once they find a reason, even a small reason, they will shelve their previous plans.

Although you have a plan in mind and what goals you want to accomplish today, you will surrender when you encounter something that can make you relax.

Is it because there is no plan? No, since we were in school, we all have goals and plans, and we long to become academic leaders. When we work, we hope to be better.

The fundamental reason lies in whether the goals have been written down. If you just set goals in your mind, you will constantly make excuses and compromise.

But writing it down is different. A goal that can be written down is a commitment, evidenced by it in black and white. When you want to give up, you can still turn it out and read it to spur yourself on.

And people around you can supervise and encourage you to make progress.

Visible goals are clearer.

Therefore, I recommend that everyone make a 100-day goal, which can be for yourself, your family, or even your children.

7 Steps to Goal

1. Clarify what you want

Don’t set goals for the sake of goals. Setting goals blindly is like falling in love with someone you don’t like, which consumes your energy.

Therefore, before setting goals, look at your interests. The length of life is limited, so don’t waste it on things you are not interested in.

2. Write down your goals

Don’t keep your goals in mind, otherwise you will change your mind and shrink back at any time. Such goals are lifeless and will end at any time.

Writing down your goals is not only for others to supervise, but also to prove that you are determined.

3. Clarify the deadline for the goal

Add a deadline to the goal and give yourself a sense of urgency, especially to better train yourself.

If there is no deadline goal, there is no goal.

4. Make a list

Write down the goals to be accomplished every day and every moment, and break down the goals to reduce the difficulty and control the rhythm, so that the goals can be completed faster and better.

5. Further sort out the goals

When you start to achieve your goals, sort out your goals according to the situation and see which indicators need to be adjusted.

6. Take immediate action according to the plan

Any plan without action is a fool’s errand.

7. Solve some problems every day and move forward to achieve the main goals.

You can’t reach a thousand miles without taking small steps. Some goals may seem difficult, but as long as you do a little bit every day, you will achieve qualitative change sooner or later.

Make a little progress every day, and after 100 days, you will make huge progress, surpassing many people.

The clearer a person is about his goals and the steps to achieve them, the easier it will be to overcome the drawbacks of procrastination and eat the frog.

According to research, only 3% of people have clear goals, and even fewer people can write down specific goals. Are you one of these 3%?
