Living habits

1. Go to bed early and wake up early. You must go to bed before 11:30.

2. Eat on time, especially breakfast.

3. Control sugar and eat fewer sweets.

4. Drink a glass of warm water after brushing your teeth in the morning.

2023 self-discipline schedule

6:30–7:30

Drink a glass of water first when you wake up. Then this is the most suitable time for memory, you can practice English listening, or read early to enhance memory.

7:30–8:00

Eat a good breakfast! (carb + protein + vitamin)

8:00–9:00

Start a day of work/study, and sort out the work/study plan for the day.

9:00–11:00

11:00–12:00

At this time, the human body is a little tired, and it is not suitable for high-intensity work/study, and dealing with some routine things that do not take much brain.

12:00–12:30
