Living habits

1. Go to bed early and wake up early. You must go to bed before 11:30.

2. Eat on time, especially breakfast.

3. Control sugar and eat fewer sweets.

4. Drink a glass of warm water after brushing your teeth in the morning.

5. Keep in shape and develop the habit of exercising and fitness.

6. Read for 1 hour a day and maintain the habit of reading.

7. Get into the habit of writing consistently.

8. Record the topic selection, golden sentences, and materials.

9. Break away from home, organize regularly, and throw away unused things

10. Insist on reviewing, summarizing, and planning tomorrow before going to bed every day.

1. Learn to manage emotions and smile more.

4. Learn to refine light makeup, and learn to match and improve clothing.

5. Stand against the wall for 10 minutes after meals.

6. Look at magazines or good-looking pictures to improve your aesthetics and cultivate a beauty quotient.

7. Be confident and believe in yourself.

8. Learn social etiquette, practice the language you learn, and eloquence more.
