Here are some tips for incorporating self-love affirmations into your life:

1. Speak up every day.

Be sure to say your affirmations out loud, preferably when you wake up in the morning or before going to bed at night. The more you say them, the more they will integrate and become part of your belief system.

2. Write it down.

In addition to saying your affirmations out loud, write them down. This will help you internalize them and make them part of your daily thoughts.

3. Place them where you see them frequently.

Write each self-love declaration on a sticky note and place it around your house or office, or create a computer or phone screen with your favorite declaration. Seeing them often helps put them in the forefront of your mind.

4. Repeat this to yourself throughout the day.

Whenever you find yourself in a situation where you feel down on yourself, take a deep breath and repeat your affirmations to yourself. This will help you refocus your thinking and remind yourself of your worth.
